摘要
β-葡聚糖具有显著的健康益处,能改善肠道健康与免疫调节.本文阐述青稞酒糟中β-葡聚糖的常用提取方法,对传统溶剂提取、酶解法提取及微波辅助提取技术进行深入分析与优化,实现了提取效率与质量的显著提升,推动了农业副产品的高值化利用,为β-葡聚糖在食品及医药领域的应用提供了重要的科学依据和技术支持.
Abstract
β-glucan has significant health benefits,improving gut health and immune regulation.In this paper,the common extraction methods of β-glucan from barley distiller's lees were described,and the traditional solvent extraction,enzymatic extraction and microwave-assisted extraction techniques were deeply analyzed and optimized.The extraction efficiency and quality of β-glucan were significantly improved,and the high-value utilization of agricultural by-products was promoted,which provided important scientific basis and technical support for the application of β-glucan in food and medicine fields.
