Abstract
Food testing is crucial for ensuring food safety,and sample management is a key link in the entire inspection and testing process.This paper analyzes the problems in sample management in food testing and proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve the accuracy and reliability of food testing,with the aim of providing strong support for food safety supervision.
