Factors Influencing the Quality of Cold Brew Coffee and Optimization Strategies
This study aims to systematically analyze the factors affecting the quality of cold extracted coffee and propose corresponding optimization strategies.This article proposes targeted improvement measures by exploring the problems existing in coffee bean raw materials,cold extraction process parameters,storage conditions,and equipment and tools,including improving raw material quality,optimizing process parameters,improving storage conditions,and upgrading equipment and tools,to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of the cold brew coffee industry.
