摘要
食用盐是人们日常生活中使用最广泛的一种调味品,主要成分为高纯度的氯化钠.铅作为一种重金属污染物,长期摄入会对机体的血液系统、神经系统等产生严重损害.因此,食用盐中的重金属铅含量检测日益成为食品安全关注的重要内容.本文梳理了食用盐中重金属铅的检测方法,并比较和分析了不同技术方法在实际使用中的优势与不足,旨在找到更加有效、灵敏和可靠的检测方法,为食用盐中重金属铅的检测提供技术参考.
Abstract
Edible salt is the most widely used condiment in people's daily life.Its main ingredient is high-purity sodium chloride.Lead,as a heavy metal pollutant,can cause serious damage to the body's blood system,nervous system,etc.if ingested for a long time.Therefore,the detection of heavy metal lead content in edible salt has become an important issue of food safety concern.This article sorts out the detection methods of heavy metal lead in edible salt,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different technical methods in actual use,aiming to find a more effective,sensitive and reliable detection method,and provide a technical reference for the detection of heavy metal lead in edible salt.
