摘要

传统塑料包装给生态环境带来了严重威胁,而开发生物可降解薄膜是减少环境污染和能源消耗的有效途径.本文通过分类探讨不同膜基质的生物可降解薄膜对薄膜包装性能和抑菌性能的影响,以及复合薄膜在食品保鲜方面的应用效果,旨在为食品包装行业的健康和可持续发展提供参考.

Abstract

Traditional plastic packaging poses a serious threat to the ecological environment,and the development of biodegradable films is an effective way to reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption.This article explores the effects of biodegradable films with different film substrates on the packaging and antibacterial properties of films,as well as the application effects of composite films in food preservation.The aim is to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the food packaging industry.
