摘要
随着经济发展和生活水平提高,食品安全问题日益受到社会关注.本文以潍坊市为例,分析了当前潍坊市食品安全现状,系统梳理了潍坊市常见的食品安全快速检测技术,并重点探讨了农药残留、重金属污染、食品添加剂和病原微生物等关键领域的快速检测技术在潍坊市的应用.研究表明,潍坊市在食品安全快速检测技术中取得了显著进展,这些技术的实施极大地提高了食品安全检测的效率和准确性,为保障潍坊市食品安全提供了有力的技术支撑.
Abstract
With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,food safety issues are increasingly receiving social attention.This article takes Weifang city as an example,analyzes the current situation of food safety in Weifang city,systematically sorts out the common rapid detection technologies for food safety in Weifang city,and focuses on the application of rapid detection technologies in key areas such as pesticide residues,heavy metal pollution,food additives,and pathogenic microorganisms in Weifang city.Research has shown that Weifang city has made significant progress in rapid food safety testing technology,and the implementation of these technologies has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of food safety testing,providing strong technical support for ensuring food safety in Weifang city.
