Problems and Optimization Strategies in the Detection of Commonly used Veterinary Drug Residues in Pork
This article summarizes the categories and detection methods of common veterinary drug residues in pork,analyzes the problems of existing detection technologies in sensitivity,matrix effect,and specificity of multi residue detection,and proposes the application of combined technology and isotope dilution mass spectrometry to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection;introducing molecular imprinting technology to enhance the specificity of rapid screening and other optimization strategies.Intended to ensure the quality and safety of pork and provide new ideas for the development of veterinary drug residue detection technology.
