This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional food safety supervision and warning methods,outlines the role of big data in the field of food safety,and constructs a food safety risk warning system based on big data from the aspects of multi-source data collection and integration,data processing and risk analysis,and the design and implementation of risk warning models.It provides new ideas and methods for achieving risk warning.
