The dining situation in college and university canteens is special,with numerous hazard factors for food safety and dense critical control points.Strengthening food safety management in college canteens and reducing or even eliminating potential safety hazards is the focus of safety work in colleges and universities.This research deeply analyzes the existing problems of food safety in college canteens and proposes targeted solutions to promote scientific,standardized and efficient food safety management,better guarantee the dietary safety of students,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the food safety level of college canteens.
