Research on the Safety Supervision of Takeout Food on E-Commerce Platforms
With the rapid development of Internet technology,the takeaway business of China's e-commerce platforms has expanded rapidly,but at the same time,the food safety problem of takeaway has become increasingly prominent,posing a threat to consumer rights and public safety.In view of this phenomenon,this paper sorts out the current situation of takeaway food safety on e-commerce platforms,deeply analyzes the shortcomings in the current regulatory system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving laws and regulations,optimizing the regulatory system,innovating regulatory means and strengthening social co-governance,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for building a more complete legal supervision system for takeaway food safety on e-commerce platforms.
