Research on Optimization Strategies for Traceability System of Edible Agricultural Products
As a key link in food quality and safety management,edible agricultural product traceability is of great significance to people's health and the sustainable development of agriculture.Edible agricultural products are the"source"of food safety,and their quality and safety ultimately determine the overall level of food safety.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the public has put forward higher requirements for the traceability system of edible agricultural products.Therefore,effective countermeasures need to be taken to establish a complete traceability system for edible agricultural products,strengthen the quality and safety control of edible agricultural products,and improve the supervision level of edible agricultural products.This study focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the current traceability system of edible agricultural products,and proposes optimization countermeasures for the traceability system of edible agricultural products,hoping to provide reference for relevant workers.
