Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Grassroots Supervision of Food Safety in Small Catering Units
This article deeply discusses the difficulties of grassroots supervision of food safety in small catering units,including the supervision difficulties caused by the characteristics of small catering units at the level of supervision objects,insufficient grassroots supervision forces at the level of supervision subjects,and imperfect laws and regulations at the level of supervision environment.In response to these difficulties,corresponding supervision countermeasures are proposed,such as promoting small catering units to fulfill their main responsibilities,promoting the standardized and intensive development of small catering units,strengthening risk monitoring and assessment,implementing hierarchical and classified supervision,strengthening the construction of the supervision system,improving laws and regulations and strengthening their enforcement,and improving social supervision and enhancing public awareness,in order to provide a reference for improving the grassroots supervision level of food safety in small catering units.
