Research on Safety Control Strategy in Food Quality Engineering
Safety control in food quality engineering is the key link to ensure food safety.This paper deeply analyzes the potential risks in the whole process of food production,and puts forward a systematic safety control strategy based on hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)system.Through risk assessment of raw material procurement,processing and manufacturing,packaging,storage and transportation,key control points and preventive control measures are established,and the application prospect of new technologies in food safety management is explored,so as to provide reference for effectively reducing food safety risks and improving quality management level.
