The aging problem of China's population is increasingly serious,and the number of elderly care institutions is increasing,but the current service level of elderly care institutions is still unable to meet the needs of the elderly.The cafeteria of elderly care institutions is different from home kitchens.How to ensure that the elderly in elderly care institutions eat healthily and with peace of mind has become an urgent issue for food safety supervision in elderly care institution canteens in China.This article takes the elderly care institutions in Yueqing city as the research object,explores the problems in the food safety supervision process of the institution's canteens,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the improvement of the food safety level of elderly care institution canteens in China.
