Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Online Takeaway Food Quality and Safety Supervision
With the rapid development of the Internet and the accelerated pace of people's lives,the online takeaway food industry has risen rapidly and has become an important part of modern urban life.Under this circumstance,the quality and safety supervision of online takeaway food has aroused widespread concern in society.This paper analyzes the current problems of online takeaway food quality and safety supervision,such as the imperfect system,lack of supervision enforcement,information asymmetry between merchants and consumers,and immature industry self-inspection mechanism.It also proposes measures such as improving laws and regulations and supervision systems,strengthening the construction of supervision teams,improving the transparency of online takeaway food information,and establishing a self-inspection mechanism for online takeaway platforms,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the quality and safety level of online takeaway food.
