Analysis of Microbial Contamination of Reusable Tableware in Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2023
Objective:To analyze the microbial contamination status of reusable tableware in Longgang district in 2023,and to provide scientific basis for regulatory authorities to carry out targeted preventive measures and for catering service units to improve on-site food safety.Method:According to the GB 14934-2016,the random sampling of reusable tableware in Longgang district was carried out,and microbial indicators such as coliform and Salmonella were detected.Result:In 2023,the overall qualified rate of reusable tableware in Longgang district was 88.1%,in which the microbial contamination of plates and bowls was more prominent,and in which the microbial contamination of snack bars and fast food restaurants was more obvious.Conclusion:The microbial contamination of tableware used by catering service units in Longgang district needs to be further improved,and market regulatory authorities and catering service units should take targeted measures to ensure the safety of consumers'on-site dining.
