目的:参加含乳饮料中苯甲酸和山梨酸的检测能力验证,验证实验室检测能力,保证检测结果的可信性和权威性.方法:参照能力验证作业指导书、《食品安全国家标准 食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的测定》(GB 5009.28-2016)对含乳饮料样品进行检测.结果:编号为 064 的样品中苯甲酸、山梨酸检测结果的Z值分别为-0.86、1.13,|Z|≤2,结果评价为满意,顺利通过能力验证.结论:通过参加能力验证,巩固了实验室检测苯甲酸和山梨酸参数的能力水平,对于保障地方食品安全有重要意义.
Analysis of the Capability Verification Results for the Determination of Benzoic Acid and Sorbic Acid in Milk Beverages
Objective:To participate in the validation of the detection ability of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in dairy beverages,verify the laboratory detection ability,and ensure the reliability and authority of the detection results.Method:Follow the instructions for proficiency testing and the GB 5009.28-2016 to test dairy beverage samples.Result:The Z-values of benzoic acid and sorbic acid detection in sample 064 were-0.86 and 1.13,respectively,with|Z|≤2.The evaluation of the results was satisfactory and the ability verification was successfully passed.Conclusion:By participating in proficiency testing,the ability level of laboratory detection of benzoic acid and sorbic acid parameters has been consolidated,which is of great significance for ensuring local food safety.
