Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Dichlorvos Residues in Cucumber by Gas Chromatography
The residual amount of dichlorvos in cucumber was determined by gas chromatography. The determination process was analyzed according to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012,and the uncertainty factors affecting the measurement results were identified. Each component of uncertainty is synthesized, and the overall extended uncertainty is computed. The results showed that when the residual amount of dichlorvos in cucumber samples was 0.181 mg·kg-1,the extended uncertainty was 0.017 mg·kg-1(k=2),with the highest uncertainty introduced by standard curve fitting, followed by standard solution assignment.Inspection and testing institutions should pay attention to quality control work such as instrument maintenance, standard procurement, personnel capability monitoring, and periodic verification when conducting pesticide residue testing.
