In order to investigate the effects of different ethanol concentrations on the types of volatile components and antioxidant capacity of Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.,this experiment used headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)to determine the volatile components of Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.ethanol extracts and Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.raw materials at concentrations of 75%and 95%.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to evaluate the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical(O2-·)scavenging ability of the two Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.ethanol extracts. The results showed that a total of 82 volatile substances were detected in the raw materials and two extracts.Among them,95%of the volatile components in the ethanol extract of Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.are the most diverse, with 56 types;there are 16 common volatile components and 4 different components in the ethanol extracts of two types of Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.;the T-AOC and DPPH free radical scavenging ability of 95%Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.ethanol extract was significantly higher than that of 75%Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.ethanol extract, but the O2-·scavenging rate was significantly lower than that of 75%Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.ethanol extract;the volatile components of extracts such as cresol, ethyl hexadecanoate, styrene, and octanol were significantly positively correlated with T-AOC and DPPH radical scavenging ability, and significantly negatively correlated with O2-·scavenging ability. This study can provide reference for the development of volatile functional components in the Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br..
