环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定能力验证结果分析

目的:组织实验室参加CFAPA-2473 果汁中环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定能力验证来考察实验室的检验能力.方法:根据参试指导书的要求对试样进行前处理,采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱法和气相色谱法进行测定,设计平行样、加标回收、人员比对、仪器比对、方法比对、质控样等多种质控方式来评价测定结果.结果:CFAPA-2473 A组 150#样品的测定结果为 0.099 6 g·kg-1,Z值为 0.10;B组 180#样品的测定结果为0.322 g·kg-1,Z值为 0.46.结论:A组、B组结果的|Z|值均≤2,实验室测定结果评价为满意,说明实验室具备环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定能力,实验室的质量控制能有效运行.
Analysis of Capability Verification Results of Determination of Sodium Cyclohexylamine Sulfonate
Objective:To organize the laboratory to participate in the CFAPA-2473 verification plan for the determination ability of sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate in fruit juice to evaluate the laboratory's testing ability.Method:The samples were pre-treated according to the requirements of the test instructions,and the samples were determined by LC-MS/MS and gas chromatography.A variety of quality control methods were designed to evaluate the test results,such as parallel samples,standard addition and recovery,personnel comparison,instrument comparison,method comparison,and quality control samples.Result:The measurement result of CFAPA-2473 group A 150#sample is 0.099 6 g·kg-1,with a Z-value of 0.10;the measurement result of group B 180#sample is 0.322 g·kg-1,with a Z-value of 0.46.Conclusion:The absolute value of Z-value in both group A and group B is≤2,the laboratory test results were evaluated as satisfactory,indicating that the laboratory has the ability to determine sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate.The quality control of the laboratory can operate effectively.
