摘要

生鲜是人们日常饮食结构的重要组成部分,为确保生鲜食品安全,监管部门需要通过各种手段做好生鲜食品安全检测工作.微生物酶技术具有操作便捷、灵敏度高以及检测效果直观等优势,已经逐渐成为生鲜食品安全检测的主要技术.基于此,本文对该技术在生鲜食品安全检测中的应用展开研究,旨在为生鲜食品监管工作的高效开展奠定基础.

Abstract

Fresh food is an important part of people's daily diet.In order to ensure the safety of fresh food,supervision departments need to do a good job through various means of fresh food safety testing.Microbial enzyme technology has the advantages of convenient operation,high sensitivity and intuitive detection effect,etc.,has gradually become the main technology of fresh food safety detection.Based on the previous studies,this paper studies the application of this technology in fresh food safety detection,in order to lay a foundation for the effective supervision of fresh food.
