Application of Microbial Enzyme Technology in Fresh Food Safety Detection
Fresh food is an important part of people's daily diet.In order to ensure the safety of fresh food,supervision departments need to do a good job through various means of fresh food safety testing.Microbial enzyme technology has the advantages of convenient operation,high sensitivity and intuitive detection effect,etc.,has gradually become the main technology of fresh food safety detection.Based on the previous studies,this paper studies the application of this technology in fresh food safety detection,in order to lay a foundation for the effective supervision of fresh food.
