摘要
通过概述食品供应链的基本构成及数学建模在其中的作用,介绍常用的库存模型、运输模型和生产计划模型.在此基础上,识别供应链效率优化、成本控制与优化以及食品安全与质量控制等关键问题,提出相应的数学建模与优化策略.通过构建流程优化模型、成本优化模型以及风险评估模型,为食品供应链的优化提供了理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
By summarizing the basic components of the food supply chain and the role of mathematical modeling within it,this paper introduces commonly used inventory models,transportation models,and production planning models.Building on this foundation,it identifies key issues such as supply chain efficiency optimization,cost control and optimization,as well as food safety and quality control,and proposes corresponding mathematical modeling and optimization strategies.Through the construction of process optimization models,cost optimization models,and risk assessment models,this research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization of the food supply chain.
