Pesticide residues in vegetables will cause serious harm to the health of consumers.Based on this,this paper summarized the hazards and detection standards of pesticide residues,analyzed the detection technologies of common vegetable pesticide residues,and proposed quality control strategies for vegetable pesticide residue detection,in order to provide references for the development of pesticide residue detection.
