Application of Microbiological Detection Technology in Food Safety Inspection
Food safety is an important issue related to public health and life safety.In the current environment of frequent food safety accidents,this issue has received widespread attention from all sectors of society.Pathogenic microorganisms,such as Salmonella and Escherichia coli,are important sources of food safety issues.The presence of these microorganisms poses a serious threat to public health.Therefore,strengthening food safety inspections and effectively utilizing microbiological testing techniques are crucial for ensuring food safety and maintaining public health.Based on this,this article explores the importance of biological detection technology in food safety inspection,introduces different types of microbial detection technologies,and analyzes their applications in food safety inspection,aiming to provide guarantees for improving the quality and efficiency of food safety inspection.
