Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables
With the development of modern agriculture, organophosphorus pesticides are widely used in fruit and vegetable production, but this also leads to the problem of pesticide residues. This paper discusses the application of gas chromatography in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, and analyzes its basic principle and main advantages.Based on the analysis of matrix interference, thermal instability and insufficient sensitivity, some effective measures such as optimizing sample pretreatment, improving inlet design and adopting high sensitivity detector are put forward. In short, the accuracy and reliability of gas chromatography in the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are high, and it has important application value.
