A Brief Discussion on the Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Healthy Development of the"Homology of Medicine and Food"Industry——Taking Yongchun Rehmannia glutinosa as an Example
Medicinal food homologous substances are a type of traditional Chinese medicine resource discovered by humans in the process of production and practice,which combines the characteristics of medicine and food.They are an important component of China's traditional dietary culture.This article takes Yongchun Rehmannia glutinosa,a local specialty of Quanzhou,as an example,this paper systematically sorts out the current development status and existing problems of the medicinal and edible industry in Quanzhou.Based on the local characteristics,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the development of Yongchun Rehmannia glutinosa industry,providing some ideas and references for the development of the medicinal and edible industry in Quanzhou.
