Research on the Innovation Strategy of Chinese Pastry
Chinese pastry is an important part of the history of Chinese cooking.As the tide of the new era sweeps across the world,the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese pastry faces huge challenges.This paper discusses the problems existing in Chinese pastry,expounds the connotation,necessity and significance of Chinese pastry innovation,and puts forward the innovative strategy of Chinese pastry,aiming to make the types of Chinese pastry more comprehensive.
