Application of Food Quick Inspection Technology in Food Engineering Quality Control
This article provides an overview of two major types of food rapid testing technologies:physical and chemical rapid testing and biological rapid testing,and discusses in detail their specific applications in quality control of dairy products,meat products,and aquatic products.Research has shown that these technologies have significant advantages in raw material quality control,production process monitoring,and final product inspection.They can quickly and accurately identify and control food safety hazards,providing strong technical support for food engineering quality control and having important significance for improving food safety levels.
