Analysis of Food Safety Risks and Countermeasures in China
This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the challenges and root causes in the field of food safety in China.Based on current realities,it points out that the main reasons for food safety issues lie in the lack of rigor in the standards system,difficulties in enforcement,insufficient penalties,and a lack of scientific accountability mechanisms.In response,the paper proposes a series of targeted and practical countermeasures,including accelerating the construction of the food safety standards system,strictly implementing the toughest regulatory requirements,maintaining strict penalties,and establishing a scientific accountability mechanism,all aimed at comprehensively improving food safety levels in China.
