Reflections on Enhancing the Targeting of Food Safety Sampling Work
As an important measure of food safety management,food safety sampling inspection aims at finding hidden risks and preventing food safety accidents.However,in the process of actual work will be affected by some factors,there are inaccurate targeting of food safety sampling inspection,insufficient ability to find problems.This paper analyzes the practical significance of food safety sampling inspection,analyzes the reasons that affect the targeting of food safety sampling inspection,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide references for promoting the effective development of food safety supervision.
