Food inspection and testing is an important technical support for food safety supervision,in which sample management is a key link to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current sample management of food inspection and testing,including insufficient representation and professional ability in the sample collection process,substandard storage conditions in the sample storage process,imperfect management system,insufficient standardization in the sample disposal process,and environmental pollution risks.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection and testing,some suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening sample collection management,improving sample preservation management and standardizing sample disposal management.
