随着人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题日益成为社会关注的焦点.我国食源性疾病的防控尤为重要.相关部门应积极加强食源性疾病的宣传,建立健全的食源性疾病报告制度,加强致病菌的检验监测,提高人们预防食源性疾病的能力,以此减少食源性疾病的发生.本文概述食源性疾病的含义、食源性疾病发生的致病因素,分析我国食源性疾病的现状,并提出相应的防控措施.
The Current Situation and Prevention and Control Measures of Foodborne Diseases in China
With the improvement of people's living standards,food safety has increasingly become the focus of social attention.The prevention and control of foodborne diseases in China is particularly important.Relevant departments should actively strengthen the publicity of foodborne diseases,establish a sound foodborne disease reporting system,strengthen the inspection and monitoring of pathogenic bacteria,and improve people's ability to prevent foodborne diseases,so as to reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases.This paper summarizes the meaning of foodborne diseases,pathogenic factors of foodborne diseases,analyzes the current situation of foodborne diseases in China,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures.
