Food Safety Risk and Highly Efficient Detection Technology in Meat Processing
This article explores the biological,chemical,and physical hazards in meat processing and their corresponding efficient detection techniques.In order to address these food safety risks,the modern meat processing industry has introduced efficient detection technologies such as DNA barcode technology,microbiological testing,high-performance liquid chromatography,heavy metal detectors,metal detectors,and X-ray detection,in order to promote meat processing enterprises to improve food safety and product quality,and reduce potential food safety hazards through efficient detection technologies.
