Safety Risks and Countermeasures of Prefabricated Dishes
Due to the acceleration of the pace of modern life,prefabricated dishes characterized by convenience and speed quickly occupy a certain share in the market.However,with the rapid development of the prepared food industry,the safety risk of prepared food has also aroused widespread concern.Based on this,this paper analyzes the safety risks existing in raw material selection,processing,storage,transportation and sales of prefabricated vegetables,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen raw material quality control of prefabricated vegetables,strengthen supervision of processing process,optimize storage and transportation conditions of prefabricated vegetables,and strengthen packaging and label management of prefabricated vegetables,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for reducing the safety risk of prepared dishes.
