Analysis of Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies of Food Quality Management System
This paper analyzes the factors affecting the food quality management system from four aspects:raw material supply chain management efficiency,production process control accuracy,quality inspection technology level and food safety risk assessment ability,and reveals the main problems existing in the current food quality management system.At the same time,it proposes optimization strategies such as building an intelligent supply chain traceability system,implementing full-process automated monitoring,introducing advanced testing equipment and methods,and establishing a dynamic risk warning mechanism,aiming to improve the level of food quality and safety management and ensure food safety.
