Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Food Inspection and Testing Quality Control
Food inspection and testing is an important means to ensure food safety,and its quality control is directly related to the scientific and authoritative test results.This paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current quality control of food inspection and testing,including the lack of advanced testing methods,imperfect instruments and equipment,and the need to strengthen supervision.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as innovating detection methods,updating advanced equipment,and strengthening regulatory measures.Through the joint efforts of many parties,we will continuously improve the scientificity,accuracy and authority of food inspection and testing,provide solid technical support for promoting the high-quality development of the food industry,and promote the modernization of China's food safety governance system and governance capacity.
