在《食品安全国家标准 食品中纽甜的测定》(GB 5009.247-2016)的基础上优化样品前处理条件和色谱参数,建立高效液相色谱法测定乳饮料中纽甜的方法.结果显示,在0~20 μg·mL-1 浓度范围内方法线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.999 9,加标回收率为 99.0%~105.5%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)≤1.46%.可见方法精密度及准确度高,适用于乳饮料中纽甜的测定.
Determination of Neotame Content in Milk Beverages by HPLC
By optimizing sample pretreatment conditions and chromatographic parameters based on GB 5009.247-2016,a method for the determination of neotame in milk beverages by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~20 μg·mL-1,with a correlation coefficient of R2=0.999 9,a spike recovery rate of 99.0%~105.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)≤1.46%.It can be seen that the method has high precision and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of neotame in milk beverages.
