Analysis of Food Safety Risk Monitoring Results in Jiawang District from 2020 to 2023
Objective:In order to grasp the hygienic quality of food in Jiawang district and find out the risk factors and harm factors in food.Method:Food safety risk monitoring was carried out in different circulation links in the jurisdiction from 2020 to 2023,and the detection items were microorganisms and pathogenic factors.Result:A total of 82 samples were sampled from 2020 to 2023,of which 69 were qualified,with a pass rate of 84.15%.Conclusion:There are some hidden dangers in food safety in Jiawang district.According to GB 7099-2015,GB 29921-2021,etc.,the exceeded items are mainly the total number of colonies,coliform and Escherichia coli.In order to better carry out food safety risk monitoring and cope with constantly updated testing projects,the relevant departments at the higher levels need to give technical and economic help to the grass-roots testing units.
