摘要

为了使苯并[a]芘的检测更简单高效,本文对氧化铝柱层析-液相色谱法测定苯并[a]芘的方法进行优化,采用液液萃取-液相色谱法对生活饮用水及水源水中的苯并[a]芘进行检测.结果表明,在色谱柱流速为 1.00 mL·min-1、流动相甲醇与水的体积比为 8.5∶1.5、柱温为 30℃、进样量为10.00 μL以及检测波长为激发波长 303 nm、发射波长 425 nm的色谱条件下,使用液液萃取-高效液相色谱法测定生活饮用水和水源水中苯并[a]芘,检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率均能满足《生活饮用水标准检验方法 第 8 部分:有机物指标》(GB/T 5750.8-2023)的要求.相对于氧化铝柱层析法和固相萃取法,液液萃取法具有操作简单、精密度和正确度高、重复性好等优点,而且可操作性强,适用范围广.

Abstract

In order to make the detection of benzo[a]pyrene more simpler and efficient,the method of alumina column chromatoid-liquid chromatography for the determination of benzo[a]pyrene is optimized,the detection of benzo[a]pyrene in drinking water and source water is conducted by liquid liquid extraction chromatography.The results show that under the chromatographic conditions of column flow rate of 1.00 mL·min-1,volume ratio of methanol to water of mobile phase of 8.5∶1.5,column temperature of 30℃,injection volume of 10.00 μL and detection wavelength of excitation wavelength of 303 nm and emission wavelength of 425 nm,the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate of benzo[a]pyrene in drinking water and source water can meet the requirements of GB/T 5750.8-2023.Compared to alumina column chromatography and solid-phase extraction,liquid-liquid extraction has the advantages of simple operation,high precision and accuracy,and good repeatability,stronger operability and wide application range.
