Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Saccharin Content in Candied Fruits by Gas Chromatography
Objective:Analyze and evaluate the measurement uncertainty of measuring the content of saccharin in candied fruits using gas chromatography.Method:According to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012,analyze the sources of uncertainty, calculate the uncertainty components, synthesize the standard uncertainty, and calculate the extended uncertainty.Result:At a 95%confidence probability, when the content of saccharin in candied fruits is 0.679 mg·kg-1,the extended uncertainty is 0.033 mg·kg-1.The standard curve fitting process contributes the most to the uncertainty of the synthesized standard, followed by measurement repeatability. Conclusion:The determination of saccharin content in candied fruits should pay attention to the maintenance of gas chromatography and the training of inspection personnel's skills to improve the accuracy of measurement results.
