The Role of Limosilactobacillus reuteri Postbiotics in Improving Gastrointestinal Functional Dyspepsia
Objective:To investigate the role of Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 postbiotics in improving gastrointestinal functional dyspepsia.Method:A functional dyspepsia rat model was established by gavage of iodoacetamide combined with an improved small platform method. The dyspepsia rats were orally administered with 1 g·kg-1 Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 as a derivative.Result:Compared with the model group, the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, and crude fat,as well as gastric emptying rate, were significantly increased in the postnatal tuple rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 postbiotics has the effects of increasing digestibility, promoting gastric motility, and improving functional dyspepsia, and has broad application prospects in the research and development of functional foods.
