Evaluation of Uncertainty for the Determination of Arsenic in Drinking Water by Hydride Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
According to relevant technical regulations, the uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of arsenic content in drinking water by hydride atomic fluorescence method is established. The uncertainty components is analyzed and calculated from the aspects of standard solution, standard solution preparation, measurement repeatability, and standard curve fitting. The evaluation result of measurement uncertainty is obtained by synthesizing and expanding each component. The results show that the content of arsenic in drinking water is(2.432±0.210)μg·L-1(k=2);the main factor affecting the measurement results is the fitting of the standard curve.
