Cheese flavored milk is prepared from raw cow's milk,cream and cheese powder.The effects of thin cream,cheese powder and stabilizer on the quality of cheese flavored milk are analyzed by orthogonal test based on single factor test,and the stability of the product is determined.The test results show that the added amounts of thin cream,cheese powder and stabilizer are 13.5 g·L-1,1.5 g·L-1 and 2.0 g·L-1,respectively.The product is smooth and delicate,sweet and delicious,milky white color,with rich milk flavor and unique cheese flavor,and can be safely stored during the shelf life.
