As food safety issues become increasingly prominent,traditional food safety testing methods can no longer meet increasingly stringent requirements.Big data analysis technology,with its powerful data processing and analysis capabilities,brings new opportunities for food safety testing.This article analyzes the current problems in food safety testing and proposes the application strategy of big data analysis technology in food safety testing,in order to provide a reference for improving China's food safety testing system.
