Study on the Detection Method of Additives in Import and Export Coffee
With the expansion of coffee consumption market,the use of coffee additives is more and more widespread,ensuring the accurate detection of additive content has become the key to ensure the quality and safety of coffee products.Current detection techniques,such as chromatography and mass spectrometry,despite their sensitivity and accuracy,still face many challenges in complex coffee substrates.Based on this,this paper proposes effective countermeasures to optimize the detection technology,such as improving the sensitivity,selectivity and automation level,strengthening cost control,and analyzes the application and future development trends of coffee additive detection methods in actual trade,in order to provide strong support for the quality assurance of coffee products and the healthy development of global trade.
