Problems and Countermeasures of Metrological Verification in Food Inspection
Food inspection and metrological verification are important technical supports to ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current food inspection and verification work,such as non-standard management of measuring instruments,lack of professional ability of verification personnel,and imperfect verification procedures.In response to these problems,the improvement measures are proposed,such as strengthening the standardized management of measuring instruments,enhancing the professional training of calibration personnel,and improving the calibration regulation system,so as to continuously improve the level of food inspection and metrological calibration work and provide strong support for ensuring food safety.
