摘要

随着消费者对食品质量和安全性要求的提高,生鲜品质检测变得尤为关键.无损检测技术因其非破坏性、高效性和准确性,在此领域展现出巨大潜力.本文探讨基于无损检测的生鲜品质检测方法,为生鲜产业提供有力支持.

Abstract

With the improvement of consumers'requirements for food quality and safety,fresh quality inspection has become particularly critical.Non destructive testing technology shows great potential in this field because of its non-destructive,high efficiency and accuracy.This paper discusses the fresh quality detection method based on non destructive testing,which can provide strong support for the fresh industry.
