In order to establish a grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institution,this article combines the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on grain and oil quality and safety,and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of environmental conditions,instrument management,and personnel management of grain and oil inspection and testing laboratories,laying the foundation for the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions in the later stage,and providing reference and assistance for other grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institutions to obtain qualification recognition.
