多元共治视角下网络订餐食品安全监管方法研究

随着互联网技术的发展,网络订餐已成为日常生活的一部分,但食品安全问题也随之出现.本文探讨多元共治视角下网络订餐食品安全监管的方法,通过分析现有监管体系中存在的数据追踪不足、温控监测缺失及平台审核机制薄弱等问题,提出构建基于区块链的食品溯源体系、引入物联网技术实现物流全程温控监测和完善平台数据共享与商家信用评级机制等策略,以期形成多方参与的社会共治模式.
Research on Food Safety Supervision Methods of Online Ordering from the Perspective of Multiple Co-Governance
With the development of Internet technology,online meal ordering has become a part of daily life,but food safety problems also emerge.This article aims to explore the methods of food safety supervision in online ordering from the perspective of diversified governance.By analyzing the problems of insufficient data tracking,lack of temperature control monitoring,and weak platform audit mechanisms in the existing regulatory system,strategies such as building a blockchain based food traceability system,introducing IoT technology to achieve temperature control monitoring throughout the logistics process,and improving platform data sharing and merchant credit rating mechanisms are proposed to form a multi-party social governance model.
