The use standards of food additives are the basis of food safety supervision and management,and regulating corporate behavior and preventing abuse are the key points of food additive supervision.Although China's food additive standard system is gradually improving,there are still problems such as insufficient understanding of enterprises and lagging standard updates.To solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen standard publicity and training,strengthen supervision and inspection and law enforcement,promote standard updates and improvements,and strengthen social supervision and public opinion guidance,so as to improve the level of food safety supervision and provide reference for food safety supervision.
